FINALLY got around to listening to 球体. Received it in the mail the other day and watched the (FAIL) DVD with Austin and Mike. I was not impressed with the live footage. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it seemed like they cut all the good stuff out and saved it for their own guilty viewing pleasures. >_>

It's like they QUITE LITERALLY imported EVERYTHING that was in my brain and stole everything I wanted to do. Austin actually pointed out the same synth in I-dont-even-know-what song it was that we used in our own song. AND WE WROTE THE SONG LAST FREAKING YEAR. I was PISSED. They edited it, as they do with most of the stuff they get from garageband, but what IRKS me is that they used it THE EXACT SAME WAY I DID. ANSaioアjそぢあ’sdjwl

I swear they have freaking mics hooked up in my room, listening in, so they can steal more ideas from me.

I don't even want to hear the album again. It pisses me off too much. Austin and Mike can attest to that.

They even used a guitar riff I was planning on doing for the song after our intro track WTF. THE EXACT RIFF?

And there was something else they stole too, I don't remember what, but I remember punching the wall quite a few times when I heard it. Oh and apparently they stole a geist riff too LOL. I wasn't paying enough attention to notice, but I believe Austin.

The actual physical support for this band (ie, the kind that requires work from fans *gasp*) is sadly lacking greatly. It's sad to see such an amazing band have fans who are too lazy to even do something so simple for them, and yet, demand so much in return.

Sad.

It's.... different.

I don't really like the fact that Ken produced it. Now, I'm not sure if he helped compose it, or edit it, perse, but I do hear the influence, and I don't like it. The more I listen to 空と糸, the more I find things I dislike. Like the random transitions that don't really flow well. Or the drums. It's just.... weird. I like 気化熱 when it really kicks in, but the beginning, again, just seems like they were trying to fit every riff they thought of into the beginning, and then it turned into something else entirely. And カナリア........ lol.

Don't like it.

I mean, really. Another song of random whatthefucks. It's like they couldn't decide whether they wanted it jazzy, techno, dancy, hard, or what, so they just threw it all together and called it canary. The hell.

Sorry, but I'm a bit disappointed. I would actually rather listen to Concrete082, and if you know how I feel about that song, then you know that's saying something. Even Ageha. It's cool and all, but I'm not crazy about it. I think Aoi Mori is the strongest song of that single. Concrete082 just sucks lol. Yukke was drunk or some shit when he wrote that.

And yet, as much as I'm disappointed, I still ordered 空と糸. MUCC still manages to suck up all my money. And with all the things I do for them.... (-__-' )

I'm not expecting great things from this new album, with the way things are going now. Let's hope 球体 proves me wrong, eh?

I just recently downloaded some tabs from MUCC's bandscores, and after looking through a few of them, I must say---


WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY ON?!?!

Almost every tab has weird tablature and the strangest way to play the songs. And some of them... don't even sound right. Like 路地裏僕と君へ, for example. There are notes in the tab that AREN'T EVEN IN THE KEY. WTF.

And ホリゾント.

....

I'm sorry, but that bassline SUCKS DICK. It sounds.... horrible by itself. I'd actually rather play my version as it lacks the random bullshit Yukke' has. I have issues with basslines that don't sound good played alone. I'm a bassist by nature, and when I don't like the bass of a song, well... there goes the song, lol. And man, ホリゾント is so disappointing.

On the other hand, I can FINALLY learn Saishuu Ressha. I meant to get to learning it before they came out with the scores, but now I don't have to worry. Yukke does some weirdass crap during the bridge though that makes absolutely no sense..... whatever. I'm halfway done learning it. And dude. The lyrics that are in the tab.... aren't even the correct lyrics, AT ALL. Nusekaeru koko ni hizashi wo? Uh... NO?　噎せ返る午後の日差しを does not translate into that, sorry.

And ９月３日の刻印. I hate Miya. I hate finger picking. But the song is so bloody awesome. T____T I cry.

Oh, and I learned 志恩 the other day. That song is so ridiculously easy, I don't know why I didn't learn it before. Took me like, 5 minutes to get. Now all I need is to learn that weirdass part at the end of 塗り潰すなら臙脂 and I'm set, lol.
